That this website is alive at last is in and of itself incredible news for me, and I feel like it belongs in this section. I will keep this post up as a page for reference, as a starting point for all future readers to find their way.
So, what do we have here?
- My writing: my Substack is obviously first on the list, as the home of many (free to read) seeds that are currently growing into full stories. Also, a few anthologies I’m lucky to have been a part of, as well as space for new projects. Maybe a novel? (cue suspence!)
- Book reviews: all writers are readers, I think? I definitely am, and I would like to use my space to shutout to some of my recent favourite finds. They deserve all the love and eyeballs, especially indie and trad authors who might not be mainstream!
- News and musings: anything new related to my writing endeavours, as well as reflections on my life as an author… or just life in general.

My aim is to make this a welcoming, cozy space for book and writing talk.
For this reason, I will not approve any comment containing offensive slurs, sexual harassment, violent language, or speech that discriminates against all ethnicities, religions, gender identities, LGBTQ+ people, disabled or neurodivergent people.
Expletives for emphasis are allowed, I’m a potty mouth myself (though not as much when I try to sound professional on a website post).
